What you choose to share
The home-search profile collects your preferences and contact information. The application and upload tools can collect additional rental application information and supporting documents. Share only the information needed for your search and the application being prepared.
Where the information goes
Submitting sends your answers to Murtaza for your rental search and application. The submission notice identifies storage in the Access Rentals workspace and copying to its connected HighLevel CRM. Client documents are accessed through the workspace’s authorized client and team access controls, rather than public document links.
Your browser and account
Unfinished questionnaire answers are saved in this browser on this device. Session cookies support access to your application. On a shared device, sign out when finished. Clearing browser storage can remove an unfinished local draft; it does not delete records already submitted to the team.
Optional website analytics
With your permission, our public marketing pages use Google Analytics cookies to measure page visits and clicks to start a rental search. Analytics stays off until you choose Allow analytics. We do not install it in the questionnaire or client workspace, and do not send questionnaire answers, contact details, financial information or documents to Google Analytics. Pages opened with query parameters or URL fragments are excluded. Advertising features and automatic form tracking are disabled.
You can reject analytics and continue using the site. Use the Analytics preferences button on a public page to change your choice. Rejecting after allowing stops collection and removes the Analytics cookies accessible to this site. Google processes analytics data under its policies; see how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
Optional choices
Read the separate choices shown before submission for automatic service emails and AI processing. You can leave these optional choices unchecked and still submit your questionnaire for manual review. Submitting the profile does not subscribe you to general marketing.

To ask who can access your file, correct information, or discuss retention or deletion, contact murtazanajmi119@gmail.com. Applicable recordkeeping obligations may affect how a request is handled. Do not include identity or bank documents in a general privacy enquiry.
